Watercolour was my first serious painting medium many years ago, in the past few years it has been accompanied by acrylic - lovely on wood surfaces & furniture - and more occasionally in oils and encaustic. All painting have their own significant identity, and can be used depending on the approach wanted, the variation and language different and a response to each situation.
